CONNECTIONS COORDINATOR
Goal: To assist and ensure that all who visit and attend Fresh Start Church are taking next steps towards becoming a fully devoted follower of Jesus.
About this role: The Connections Coordinator assists with helping those that attend Fresh Start Church take next steps in their spiritual growth. They foster a sense of belonging and connecting by meeting people where they are and guiding them to take next steps.

The Connections Coordinator position is a part-time, hourly position with an expected schedule of 15-20 hours a week.

The Fresh Start Church internship program is a 12 week program where you’ll work alongside the staff of Fresh Start Church in a specific role where you’ll be trained and empowered to lead behind the scenes as well as out front with various teams. Interns will begin early to mid-June for a 12 week period of time.
A Fresh Start Church Intern will be required to work approximately 10 to 15 hours a week. This will be a mix of time in the office as well as time on the weekend leading in various areas of ministry related to your role. Your schedule will be created for you based on your availability and the needs of the ministry.
This Internship opportunity is an unpaid role where you’ll gain valuable experience and skills to help you develop as a leader as well as determine if full time ministry is something God wants you to pursue.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Summer 2025
FRESH START WORSHIP
A Fresh Start Worship intern will primarily function as the director the worship band and all the various components that are needed to execute a weekend service.
FRESH START CREATIVE
A Fresh Start Creative Intern will primarily function as the Weekend Director and will be responsible for overseeing all logistical aspects of weekend worship services to ensure they run smoothly and with excellence.
FRESH START YOUTH
A Fresh Start youth intern will be a positive and intentional presence, making sure students feel seen, supported, and encouraged in their spiritual and personal growth.
Summer 2025 Internship applications will be received through May 23rd and the Internship will run 12 weeks beginning June 9th.
