HVAC Upgrade Information
Upgrades WITHOUT Incentive:
While Fresh Start is focusing solely on the main worship center, the numbers shown here are what it would cost to upgrade all three of our buildings to high efficiency equipment. Without the incentive, our main worship center would cost almost $300,000.
Upgrades WITH Incentive:
As you can see, we’ve been given an 80% incentive which takes the $300,000 down to just over $60,000. This amount would allow us to upgrade all six units in our main building as well as convert all lighting to LED including our parking lot lights to high efficiency LED. This is an opportunity we can’t pass up!
How Much Is Needed?
The total for just the main building is a little over $60,000. We have agreed to a six month cash payment plan so the total will be needed in payments over that six month time period.
What If I Can’t Give a Large Amount?
Because we’ve agreed to a six month cash payment plan, any amount will make a huge difference. Some have even set up a recurring gift for a period of time to periodically give towards this project. Any amount is helpful and allows us to move forward!
